2. What data we process

This website has no forms, user accounts or registration, and does not ask for personal data. The only data processed are:

• technical logs of the hosting server (IP address, date and time, requested page and browser), generated automatically;
• data you voluntarily provide if you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp.

3. What we use it for

To keep the website running and secure, and to handle the enquiries or support you ask us for. We do not use the data to send you advertising.

4. Legal basis

Legitimate interest in the security and operation of the website (Article 6.1.f of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR) for technical logs, and your request (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.a) when you contact us.

5. Who receives the data

We do not disclose your data to third parties except where required by law. Web hosting is provided by Netcloudify, acting as data processor, with servers in the European Union. If you click a link to a partner (for example, Lets Holidays) or another site, you leave this website: that third party is an independent controller of the data you give it. If you contact us via WhatsApp, Meta processes your data under its own policy.

The live cameras (ipcamlive.com, YouTube, Windy) only connect when you press the button of each camera or map: at that moment that service receives your IP address and the usual browsing data, and is an independent controller. The weather is fetched by our server, without your browser connecting to third parties.

6. International transfers

We do not make international transfers of data from this website.

7. How long we keep it

Data you give us when you contact us are kept while we handle your enquiry and for a maximum of 12 months. Technical logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider.

8. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@fibrapages.es and saying which right you wish to exercise. We will reply within one month. If you believe the processing is not correct, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

9. Children

This website is not aimed at children under 14. If you are a minor, please do not send us personal data without the consent of your parents or guardians.

10. Security and changes

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data. We may update this policy; the date of the latest revision appears at the top. See also the Legal notice and the Cookie policy.
